Rücksendungen & Erstattungen
Rücksendefähige Artikel können innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Lieferung per Post zurückgesandt werden. Die Artikel müssen unbenutzt, unmontiert, in wiederverkaufsfähigem Zustand und mit allen Originalverpackungen, Teilen, Anleitungen und Zubehörteilen zurückgesandt werden. Artikel aus dem Ausverkauf und maßgefertigte Möbel sind von der Rücksendung ausgeschlossen.
Um eine Rücksendung anzufordern, kontaktieren Sie uns unter order@roomert.com bevor Sie den Artikel versenden. Wir teilen Ihnen die Rücksendeadresse und Anweisungen mit.
Kunden tragen die Kosten für den Rückversand, wenn ein Artikel aus persönlichen Gründen oder aufgrund eines Sinneswandels zurückgesandt wird. Wenn Ihr Artikel defekt, beschädigt oder falsch ankommt, kontaktieren Sie uns innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Lieferung. Wir werden einen Ersatz oder eine vollständige Rückerstattung ohne zusätzliche Kosten anbieten.
Es fallen keine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühren an. Nach Erhalt und Prüfung des zurückgesandten Artikels werden genehmigte Rückerstattungen innerhalb von 5–10 Werktagen auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode überwiesen.
