Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned by mail within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, in resalable condition, and returned with all original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories. Clearance items and custom-made furniture are not eligible for return.
To request a return, contact order@roomert.com before sending the item. We will provide the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item for personal reasons or buyer's remorse. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
No restocking fee applies. After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
