Eligible items may be returned by mail within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, in resalable condition, and returned with all original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories. Clearance items and custom-made furniture are not eligible for return.
Before returning an item, please contact order@roomert.com to obtain the return address and return instructions. Please do not send returns without prior authorization.
For returns due to personal preference or buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
We do not charge a restocking fee. After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
